The following Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of products from Netuition.

In using this website, or purchasing any of the products displayed you agree not to copy, alter, reproduce, sell on, post or use in any way the products and materials so provided without the prior written permission of the copyright owners.
When purchasing the products, you are granted a limited personal non-exclusive licence to use the products, which cannot be sold or assigned in any way.
Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure complete and accurate information is presented in the course materials, the copyright owners cannot be held responsible for any mistakes in the information provided.
There are no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the materials or other information provided to the user. This site is operated from England. The terms and conditions of this site and any dispute relating to them shall be governed by and be subject to English law. Any dispute arising from the use of this site, or the products being promoted, shall be subject to the exclusivity of the English court.
Any claims for refunds or replacements must be received by e-mail within seven days of purchase, stating clearly and fully the reason for the claim.

Privacy Statement
We only collect information about prospective customers that is provided to us during the ordering or registration process, whether by on-line or by other approved methods.
We collect this information to enable us to process orders in an efficient way and to enable contact to be made should there be any queries during the fulfillment process. We will also use this information to inform prospective customers of other products that we believe would be of interest to them, unless we are specifically requested not to do so.
We will not pass personal information to any third party without specific authority to do so, such authority being in writing and confirmed by e-mail.
Payment for products and services is through PayPal or by personal cheque. We do not store financial information such as credit card numbers, or bank account details.
